$10 suggested donation. All are welcome.
What to Expect:
Listening Labs are structured, facilitated spaces for shared reflection and deep listening. Participants are invited to speak from their own lived experience, listen without fixing or debating, and practice being fully present with one another. The result? More empathy, more understanding, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
Listening Labs are not group therapy, but they also aren’t informal small talk. They provide a caring container for learning the skills of authentic listening and sharing. This program is the recipient of the nationally recognized 2025 NASPA Gold Award for Excellence in Programming.
This is a guided community experience designed to help people feel seen, heard, and genuinely connected. All ages and backgrounds welcome. This is a welcoming space for everyone in the Snohomish County community, no prior experience needed.

Listening Labs was pioneered at NYU by Sefira Wellness and has since been brought to other academic institutions, including Quinnipiac University, University of Hawaii, and Ohio University.
